    Dymonic 100 is a durable, flexible polyurethane sealant that offers excellent performance in moving joints and exhibits tenacious adhesion once fully cured.
    • Typical applications include expansion and control joints, precast concrete panel joints, perimeter caulking (windows, doors,and panels), aluminum, masonry and vinyl siding.
    • Can adhere to damp or green concrete and has a skin time of 2 hrs with a tack-free time of 6 to 8 hr to significantly reduce dirt attraction.
    • Movement capability of +100/-50% in typical field conditions, is low VOC, paintable, jet fuel-resistant, and will not crack, craze or yellow under extreme UV exposure.
    • Suitable for water immersion and will not out gas.
    • Smoke Stop for Partition Joints & Penetrations
    • Unique capability to adhere to damp or green concrete and will not out gas.

    Soft Type Backer Rod Open Cell Foam

    Soft Type Backer Rod is a soft, non-gassing, pliable, bi-cellular backup material for construction joints and applications that require sealants. It performs as a depth control for most known cold applied sealants and also helps sealant to assume the optimum hour-glass shape. Sealants will not adhere to it; no bond breaker is required. This is why the soft rod is a popular choice. Soft Type Backer Rod is especially suited for applications with irregular and varying joint widths where standard closed cell backer rods are not appropriate and where bubbling concerns are critical. The soft rod may also be used in place of standard closed-cell backer rod in most applications. Common applications for the soft backer rod include expansion and contraction joints, window glazing, curtain wall construction partitions, parking decks, bridge and highway construction pavement maintenance, and log home chinking. A backer rod is used for the following:

    A backer rod is used for concrete precast building. Backer rods are inserted between the concrete panels to fill the gap, thus providing a ‘backer’ for the caulking that is applied. These backer rods can be used around doors, windows, wall joints, as well as foundations. The closed cell backer rod is best in horizontal or flat joints. Backer Rod performs as a depth control for most known cold applied sealants and also helps sealant to assume the optimum hour-glass shape. A backer rod is used for the following:
    • Saves caulking material by controlling depth in the gaps of most joints
    • Around doors, windows, wall joints and foundations

Proper installation of the cleaner on a foam gun is essential. It simply screws on just like a foam can. You can also use the included plastic straw to use it anywhere else you may have undesired foam.
      1. While pointing applicator in garbage container, depress trigger and quickly unscrew foam can
      2. Remove adapter from collar and insert valve on top of cleaner can
      3. Thoroughly spray applicator basket
      4. Remove cleaner adapter and screw can onto foam applicator
      5. Flush thoroughly, allowing the cleaner to soak in the applicator barrel for 15 minutes
      6. Flush again
