A medium modulus one-component acetoxy cure, non-sag caulking material. It cures to form a sturdy, rubbery solid upon exposure to moisture in the air. Due to its non-sag properties, the sealant can be applied overhead or on sidewall joints and surfaces without sagging, slumping, or running off. It adheres to most non-porous construction substrates. NuFlex® 302 has excellent resistance to weathering, vibration, moisture, ozone, and extreme temperatures. A single-component, neutral cure, non-slumping intumescent silicone caulk that is designed to seal combustible service penetrations in fire-rated walls and floors. As the combustible penetrating item softens and collapses under fire conditions, the firestop sealant will expand to fill the voids left when combustible materials burn and deteriorate in a fire.
